Other than ITunes, what is the most popular free software that I can use to automatically feed a Video IPod with video/audio podcasts? I would like to be simply subscribed to them, receive the updated podcasts and then transfer them to the IPod. I know there are many out there, and I do not favor ITunes out of them all. Anyone who actually has experience would like to recommend a free software package?

it causes your compter to go a little slower but you can get lime wire 4.12.6 it is free and whenever you download the music it goes straight into your iTunes so you can put it in your iPOD
